Introducing Cozumel's newest rental home - CASA ORLEANS! This newly remodeled home is located right next to some of the most beautiful beaches in Cozumel. Water activities including shore diving/snorkeling, jet ski's, and para-sailing are all available. Vendors, restaurants, sand volleyball, horseback riding, and more are all available in close proximity to the Casa Orleans. If beach clubs are your thing San Francisco, Paradise Beach, Carlos & Charlies, Mr. Sanchos and many more are all within 1-10 minutes of this location. If you are a diver this home offers a full, tiled, dive/rinse area complete with an outdoor shower and since you are already south of town you are on the way to the dive sites.

Inside the Casa Orleans you will find a large dining room and fully equipped kitchen including a microwave. Guests are welcome to prepare their own meals or for an extra special treat let one of our chefs prepare your meals for you. Just off of the kitchen is a large living room area complete with a sleeper sofa. Please note that the living area with the sleeper sofa can also be used as a 3rd bedroom with a private bath if needed for guests. Also included in Casa Orleans is 4 TV's (2-27" & 2-42" Flat Screen TV's) with Satellite TV, 4 DVD players, and 2 CD players

To compliment the other newly added amenities Casa Orleans features two upstairs bedrooms.

These two bedrooms have king sized beds, share a bath, and have individual mini split air conditioning units. Both rooms are equipped with Satellite TV and a DVD Player. Both bedrooms have access to a wrap around deck, which leads to the roof top sundeck.

Casa Orleans has also just recently remodeled the entire pool and yard area for added guest comfort and relaxation. A newly built Gazebo, complete with an integrated Bose Stereo System and located just off of the pool area - offers guests a place to relax, hang out with friends & family, and enjoy the beautiful weather Cozumel has to offer. Some other newly added features include: An ice machine with purified water, a covered parking area an with automatic gate, a roof-top sundeck with brand new outdoor furniture, DSL wireless internet access, ceiling fans in all rooms, and a cell phone amplifier to help boost mobile service down South of town.

It is important to note the access to the beach at this home. Although you will have views of the sea from both bedrooms, the second story deck, and the roof top sundeck, you will not have direct beach access. In order to get to the beach you must walk back to the road and enter through beach club of your choice.

These are a short five minute walk away and offers guests access to some of Cozumel's beautiful beach locations.

Come and enjoy a week in tropical paradise at the Casa Orleans. For larger groups you might want to consider renting the Casa Birdie in conjunction with the Casa Orleans. The location couldn't be better, the house is clean and comfortable, and you can't beat the price!
