On a lovely beach 3½ miles north of town, you'll find this small
exclusive condominium. It is across the road from Cozumel's new golf course.
Just two 3 bedroom units are available for rent: one on the second floor and the
other on the third floor. Both units are identically furnished. There is a jacuzzi like tub.
San Juan I and San Juan II are the same in
design. Check availability of each. Can be rented together to
accomodate up to 16 guests.
When you enter your vacation home you'll find a nicely
furnished living room with view of the sea and small, 3 foot deep balcony. The
open kitchen is fully furnished with all the modern appliances including
microwave This condo does not have a dining room but there is a dining bar in
the kitchen where guests will dine. It can accommodate 5 persons.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, small balcony
and its own bathroom. It also affords you a view of the sea. It also holds a
jacuzzi-style bath in its bathroom.
The second and third bedroom each
have 1 twin and 1 double bed.
These can be rented as a two bedroom unit at a discounted rate.
The house has air conditioning.
Outside, there is a freshwater pool, and a poolside barbeque
grill. The entertainment includes cable TV, and CD player.
Outside is a pool with chaise-lounges for you to relax.
A few short steps beyond the pool is the walk-in beach. There is
also a charcoal grill guests can use. Just 20 yards away is a pier where dive
and snorkeling boats can pick up groups of 4 or more.
