Casa Viento offers accommodations dedicated to kitesurfers.  Clean rooms, awesome grounds, friendly hosts and more importantly all within two minutes' walk to one of Mexico's best kiting beaches.

The Casa is located within the Country Club Estates, a residential neighborhood next to the island's Nicklaus-designed PGA golf course. The community sits along the northern shoreline of Cozumel on the San Juan Beach, now better knows as the "kite beach".  

The "Kite Beach" offers fantastic white sand beaches and the best kite board conditions in Mexico.  Other kiting location are just a short car drive away, such as The Laguna, around Passion Island, and the Wave Ranch (15 miles, 24 km). 

The Main House

Our Caribbean chic house has comfortable sofas and a home entertainment system for watching your favourite DVDs, enjoying cable or playing X-BOX.

You can also use our entertainer's kitchen to cook your favorite
meals - or have them cooked for you.

The house has air-conditioning and wireless internet access throughout. We have two rooms available, off-season rates start at $65 to $95 USD per night in high season.

We have 3 self-contained private units available at Casa Viento. Each has been recently remodeled and comes with king, double or twin beds, private bathroom with shower and hot water, wireless internet access and a fully-equiped kitchen/ette and fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
