On the property between the house and sea you will find a freshwater swimming pool 36 feet long by 18 feet wide. It's almost of a uniform depth being at the shallow end four feet deep and at the deep end four feet ten inches. There are chaise lounges set around the pool.

There are two entries into the sea. One is a set of stairs that takes you into a kind of "cove" between the small curved pier and the shoreline.

The second entry to the sea is a ladder on the open sea side of the pier. Here you will enjoy fantastic snorkeling thanks to the depth of the water — anywhere from 10–25 feet! Deep enough to do some scuba diving right from the shore.

You will also enjoy the luxury of the large pier where dive boats, snorkeling boats, and fishing boats can pick you up on the way to the reefs or fishing grounds.

All this is combined with the understated elegance of a traditional, impeccably maintained 5 BR/5 BA Mexican villa and the beauty of lovingly landscaped grounds. The dining room is located next to the living room. Like the living room it has a traditional thatched roof with a protected opening at the top for ventilation. There is also a ceiling fan. The main dining room table can accommodate 12 guests. There is also another table on the dining room patio that can seat 8 guests.

Behind the dining room is the kitchen. It is fully furnished including gas range, oven, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, and blender. We highly recommend the optional cook service.

All the bedrooms in the house are air conditioned and each has its own private bathroom.

The master bedroom offers a sea view (and garden view), private terrace and is situated on the ground floor in the center of the house. It holds a king-sized bed and has its own full bath. It also boasts a vanity area with separate sinks and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom also offers both sea views and a private terrace, and is situated on the ground floor. It has a king-sized bed. It also has its own private bathroom.

The third bedroom is located on the second floor and affords a view of the sea. It holds 2 queen-sized beds. It enjoys a sea view and has a private balcony and bath.

The fourth bedroom is also located on the second floor and has a sea view. It holds a queen- sized bed and a double bed. It has its own private bathroom and balcony.

The fifth bedroom is on the second floor as well and has a garden view. It holds a queen-sized bed and a twin day bed. It has its own private bathroom.

This home also provides a safe for your valuables, and free local phone service (AT & T operator assisted long distance available). Each bedroom is also equipped with a hair dryer. For your entertainment there is a VCR, DVD Player, CD Player and Free high speed wireless internet access (bring your own lap top).
