Full kitchen and bathroom around the corner.
Personal entrance to La Cabana is via Sirena's driveway.
The Cabana entrance is the brown door on the left bottom corner. Beachfront access is through the two buildings via the aluminum gate (see blue water).
This addition to two beachfront villas is a separate apartment in a
beach area. It is not right on the beach, but is behind the beach
homes.
The beach are is accessible by a small path about 30 feet from the
shoreline. The apartment is a one bedroom efficiency with a queen size
bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a small love couch settee that
is perfect
for the living area, as well as a small table with chairs.
Cabana is just behind these two royal
palms.
Beach access is between two homes.
There is a vertical ladder that takes you straight up to a loft with a standard size mattress, inviting for overnight guests of children. The home is air conditioned and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare good meals.
The community it sits in, is a keyed community with six privately owned
homes, individually managed. Each home is separate from the rest
although some of them share common walls and two of the share a pool.
There is no pool access with the Cabana, although the warm clear waters
are just
a few steps away. There is a small sitting area designated only
for
your use, in the pathway, between Villas Sirena & Ballena.
The
only people allowed to use the pathway are homeowners and staff.
