Villa Alegria

You'll find Villa Alegria right on Cozumel's renowned San Francisco beach , a 5 BR home with its own private freshwater pool.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
The owner of the lot located to the south of Villa Alegria on Cozumel will commence construction of a condominium at some point in early 2007. As we are not in a position to indicate precise commencement and completion dates we are presenting the opportunity of a 15% reduction off the published rates effective immediately until further notice. When you proceed with booking this villa it is with the knowledge that no further compensation (other than the 15% discount) will be granted.

Villa Alegria has been designed to take full advantage of its spectacular location. With multiple balconies and thatched roof palapas (gazebos) you'll be able to take in the splendor of your surroundings both in and out of the tropic sun. There's even a 2 person tub on the 3rd floor balcony.

Employees of the villa will cater to your every need. This cheerful staff will ensure your stay at Villa Alegria will be comfortable, enjoyable, and convenient.

The house itself has been divided into 2 sections each with its own kitchen and living room (not to worry - only 1 group can occupy the house at any time).

Both sections of the home open onto the patio and figure 8 freshwater pool. A small "waterfall" trickles over a cascade of stones and into the pool.

The beach itself stretches on for miles. A few hundred yards down is the San Francisco beach resort where you can enjoy all kinds of watersports. It's a great place to take the kids. And if the children are old enough, a place where they and you can enjoy some time apart.

NORTH SECTION
The north section is the largest with a total of 4 levels and 3 bedrooms. On first floor you'll find the living room with a sofa which can be converted into a queen bed and the dining room overlooking the pool and the Caribbean. Here is also the kitchen and a half bath. Upstairs are the bedrooms (more about them below)
On the 3rd floor you will find the spacious terrace with palm thatched gazebo. On the fourth floor is the observatory where you can see for miles over both sea and jungle.

Bedrooms
..North Section BR 1
Located on the 3rd floor, this bedroom has a sea view, king sized bed, private balcony and private bathroom. It also has direct access to the 3rd floor terrace with it's own palm-thatched gazebo.

North Section BR 2
Located on the 2nd floor, this bedroom also has sea view, king-sized bed and balcony. It shares a bathroom with the North Section BR 3.

..North Section BR 3
Located on the 2nd floor, this bedroom offers a partial sea view and 2 twin beds. It shares a bathroom with the North Section BR 2.

SOUTH SECTION

The south section has 2 levels. On the first floor is the crescent shaped living room and dining area that open onto the pool and terrace. On this level you will also find the kitchen and a half bath. On the 2nd floor are the 2 bedrooms.
Bedrooms
..South Section BR 1
Located on the 2nd floor, this bedroom has a king sized bed and sea view. It shares a bathroom with South Section BR 1

..South Section BR 2
Located on the second floor, this bedroom has a sea view and 2 twin beds. It shares a bathroom with South Section BR 1.

PRIVATE PARADISE
After working up a tan on the white sand beach, snorkeling or diving in the pristine deep blue of the gorgeous ocean, or spending a mellow day enjoying the villas many amenities, you'll find the end to a perfect day will be relaxing on one of the villas terraces as you take in perhaps the most beautiful sunset ever witnessed. There are two other homes next door, which may also be available for rent in case your group exceeds the capacity of Villa Alegria. Please inquire .
