Well, if you were staying at Villa Dos on Cozumel, you wouldn't be imagining anything. Villa Dos is located in an exclusive new area 9 miles south of town on San Francisco beach. This beautifully furnished 5500 square foot, 6 BR/6BA home with its own private pool is one place you'll never want to leave. No expense has been spared in furnishing this home.

Upon entering the gates to the property you will encounter bougainvillea and palms swaying in the ocean breeze and hear the soothing murmur of the sea. The villa accommodations include 6 guest rooms, six full bathrooms and staff residences. The house is in a Mexican colonial style with expansive living and dining spaces. Cozy terraces, tropical gardens and flowering plants create areas for every taste. You'll be sure to find your favorite place to spend the day. Employees of the villa will cater to your every need. This cheerful staff will ensure your stay at Villa Dos will be comfortable enjoyable and convenient.

On the main floor of the home you'll find a beautifully appointed and spacious living room that affords you a panoramic view of the sea and beach. In the living room is a Digital Satellite TV with surround stereo system, VCR, and one of the home's 2 stereo systems. So you should bring your favorite CD's.

On this floor is the great room.The great room here is the common area of the villa. It is a breathtaking open room spanning the entire width of the villa. Floor to ceiling windows reveal a stunning wrap around view of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. This room flows right outside onto the covered terrace and into the pool or the ocean.

One side centers around the large open area kitchen where at least three chefs are not too many. This kitchen is equipped with a 6 burner gourmet gas stove/oven as well as most other kitchen conveniences a gourmet chef might expect. The other side of this room is the entertainment or gathering area. There is surround sound TV system with one of the 3 Dish-on-demand digital satellite systems (US programming), VCR, and Stereo System. Abundant plush seating throughout this room. All beds at Villa Dos are unbelievably comfortable. On this floor is also the fully furnished and modern main kitchen and the main dining room for the entire home

The air conditioning system is individually controlled in every room in the house. The living rooms have couches and chairs in butter soft leather as well as in many imported fabrics. The unique and comfortable collections of furnishings were assembled from around the world by the owner for his own personal use. Many items are one of a kind. For this reason we collect a security deposit of $1000.00 which is due with the balance payment.

For the same reason, children under 10 are only allowed on a case by case basis. Children and young adults up to the age of 25 are welcome if escorted by parent.

BEDROOMS
Five of the bedrooms in this home have their own private bathroom with shower (some also have tubs). We have imported at considerable cost the Rolls Royce of all mattresses. PURE NATURAL LATEX FOAM.

GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor (one floor below
the main floor) are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bath. The 3rd bedroom also has 2 twin beds. It has the use of a full bathroom on the main floor.

All 3 bedrooms share a common living room as well as a small kitchen. The 3rd bedroom is not private because you must pass through it to reach the 1st and 2nd bedroom.

This ground level is furnished with hand carved Mexican sofas and chairs. In the living room there is satellite television, VCR and a stereo CD system. There is also a full compliment of board games, chess sets, checkers, dominos etc. Note: The pairs of twin beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom can each be converted to a king sized bed if necessary.

MAIN FLOOR
On the main floor are 2 bedrooms. One holds 2 queen-sized beds and has a nice view of the sea. The other bedroom holds a king-sized bed. The furniture in these bedrooms is marble and iron.

SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king sized bed and sitting area with leather couch. It has its own very private terrace with a view of the sea. Here there is also a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar area. This area contains one of the stereo CD component systems and a computer with free high speed wireless internet access. You can access your email while lounging by the pool. On the second floor also, is a private apartment where the owners stay when they are on the island.

THE BEACH
In addition to the luxurious guest rooms, you may find yourself lounging and sunbathing on a chaise by the beautiful freshwater infinity swimming pool. You can also swim or snorkel, or walk for miles on the excellent white sandy beach. Divers can be picked up by dive boat and in a couple of minutes be at one of Cozumel's magnificent reefs.

PRIVATE PARADISE
After working up a tan on the white sand beach, snorkeling or diving in the pristine deep blue of the gorgeous ocean, or spending a mellow day enjoying the villas many amenities, you'll find the end to a perfect day will be relaxing on one of the villas terraces as you take in perhaps the most beautiful sunset ever witnessed.
