Technically, Villa Las Uvas is not beachfront. It's just across the beachfront road. But it's such a great home, we just felt we had to manage it. What's so great about it?

Apart from the panoramic sea sea views, it also offers: a big screen TV set in the living room; a full size billiards table in the game; a fitness room complete with a universal weight machine, an aerobic bicycle, and TV (free weights are for owner's use only).

Anyway, it is right across the road from the sea and enjoys a spectacular and unobstructed sea view.

What's more Villa Las Uvas is on the old beach front road. This used to be the main road but it was replaced a few years ago by the new main road set back further in the interior. So there's only local traffic on the old beach front road.

And there is always the great out of doors. Most likely, that's why you came to Cozumel in the first place. Villa Las Uvas' beach offers some of the best snorkeling in Cozumel.

In the center of the house is a large gathering area, including pool table, large screen TV/Satellite/DVD, stereo, living room, and dining room. It has it all. Vaulted ceilings, tile floors, full granite kitchen which is open and airy to the living area.

The beach is just across the street, but the breezes blow through the house, bringing the ocean sounds to your door freshwater pool.

A grand open stairway leads from the huge dining room to four large bedroom suites on the second level. A spectacular ocean view from 3 of the upstairs bedrooms, and a different color theme make each room unique. 2 bedrooms upstairs have private bathrooms; 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom,

The 5th bedroom, downstairs shares a bathroom with the gym.

There is a 5th bathroom on the rooftop.

The focal point of the courtyard is the freshwater swimming pool with exquisite tropical plantings, and a fountain cascading into the pool.

The Villa is ten minutes to the village of San Miguel for fine dining, unique shopping, dive shops and complete grocery shopping, and a one minute walk across the street to some of the best-in-world, spectacular, South Shore snorkeling.
