Los Caracoles is the northern unit in the Villas Mar y Sol community. It is a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse adjacent to La Ballena. The floor plan sits a bit further out from Ballena, so it has its own patio area.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the first floor, with a half-bath off the large entrance hall. There is a TV/VCR for your entertainment as well as a stereo.

Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the second floor. Los Caracoles has three bedrooms and two baths on the second floor and a fourth bedroom and bath on the third floor. The master bedroom faces the ocean and has a king-size bed, private bath, and a balcony. The second oceanfront bedroom has a standard-size bed and a balcony. The third second-floor bedroom has another king size bed and a street-side balcony. The third-floor bedroom has twin beds and a private bath.

Los Caracoles is beautifully furnished with rattan furniture. There are pictures and art work that accentuate the tropical feeling of island living. The house is centrally air-conditioned. There is a small furnished patio that is adjacent to the grassy yard. It has a small basin with a water supply at the edge of the patio for getting rid of the sand from your feet. And then, at the end of the yard, next to the white-sand beach is the warm waters of the Caribbean ocean.

With its location next to the Paradisus Hotel on the north and a short walk down the beach on the south to the Cozumeleño Hotel, Los Caracoles provides the advantages of having your own home away from home with a complete array of services.You have white sand beaches for lazy beach walks along the northern shore lines.
Paradisus offers jet-ski rentals. Raul DeLille offers great at-home services including windsurfing, kayaks, and even kite-boarding with lessons.
Los Caracoles sleeps eight people.
