This gracious beachfront villa welcomes you with a two story entranceway into a Spanish style casa. All fixtures and furniture have been specifically chosen for comfort, elegance and Spanish/Mexican style so you may truly enjoy the artistic craftsmanship available in Mexico. Windows and terraces abound allowing your eyes to feast upon the crystal blue ocean, and tropical flora of the manicured gardens. A large roof top terrace provides a commanding view of the Chankanaab reef where you can sip wine and watch the sunset.

The beachfront, two-level, fully furnished home includes an outdoor furnished patio. There is a king-size bed, two queen beds, two single twin beds, and a double sofa bed. There are three bathrooms and one main powder room. There is a swimming pool with a shallow wading area. The house is fully airconditioined with control units throughout the house.

The house is complete with pots, pans, TV, satelite receiver, and even a safe. The owners have graciously provided many videos and books, crib, highchair, and more items for small children. All guests will love this vacation home.
