The Mar y Sol Townhouses have perhaps the finest location on Cozumel Island, between two world-class hotels and all they have to offer, and right across the street from Cozumel's new golf course! Each is quite private, three have pools, all have a grassy, well manicured lawn between the patio and the beach.
This is the best location on Cozumel for sailboarding and
kiteboarding,
and concessions that offer lessons are run at kite beach farther north.

If you are traveling with a large group or family, consider one or
more
adjacent units to cover your needs.You are certain to find something
for
everyone within easy walking distance from these lovely townhouses.
Villa Sirena and Villa Delfin are side by side. These are two
that
share one patio and the swimming pool. Sirena can sleep up to 7
comfortably,
and Delfin sleeps 10 comfortably,and 12 if you count the sofa bed
to
be used by children.
Villa Ballena is next to the passageway that separates the two
buildings.
You only have a short 15 feet walk between the Villa Delfin and
Ballena.
Ballena sleeps 8 people.
The glass door to the left of the parked car (parking for Sirena) is
the
Cabana entrance. The rock wall continues to the left outside the
photo.
The pathway for Cabana guests to get to the ocean, is through
this
wrought iron fence.
La Ballena sleeps 8 guests. El Delfin sleeps 10 guests.
Sirena
sleeps 7 guests. La Cabana sleeps another 2 guests comfortably
plus
has a single bed loft. The Cabana is also available for large
groups.
La Cabana, the one room efficiency apartement is located on the
street
side of Sirena and Delfin and sleeps 2 adults and 2 children.
Ideally,
it is best for one couple.
All together, all the homes Sirena, Delfin, Ballena and
Cabana
sleep 24-30, depending on how many children you have in your
group.
