The beach in front of the residences in the Country Club estates is commonly called KITE BEACH and has proved to be one of the best conditions for kite boarding in the world!
This lovely condominium building faces the ocean and the
condominium gardens. This building is across the street from five
villas which are on the beach. You only have to walk across the street
and around the last villa to get to the beach. There are two
private, comfortable entrances to the ocean and beach area. Look
for the signs which will show you the pathways.
These condos are located in the Cozumel Country Club Estates, whose
entrance is almost directly across the street from the Country Club
Golf Course. The beach community is known for its white
sand beaches, and colorful kites that shower the blue skies with bold
bright colors.
Country Club Estates's San Juan Beach offers the special blend of
wave, wind, and sun to make kiteboarders from all over the world gather
here. Cozumel has quickly become one of the top destinations for
this
new sport that has hit the beaches world wide. Visitors from
Australia, Germany,Austria, and more are flocking to try the Caribbean
waters combined with Cozumel breezes.
The locals know this beach from its gentle winds, and calm waters with a northern current. The reef just off the tip of this point is Barracuda Reef.
