this ocean-side home in a private gated ocean-front community along the South
Shore of Cozumel. The main living and dining areas are conveniently located on
the first floor overlooking the INFINITY POOL and Tropical Gardens
creating the perfect setting for casual, outdoor vacation living.
Inside Casa Linda...surrounded by glass, and a mere "30 yards to high tide," you'll enjoy a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea from inside or on one of the oceanfront decks. Watch the sunset or watch the dive boats as they "work" right in front of you...the reefs are just offshore.
Multiple porches on all levels offer dramatic
views of the Caribbean and private spaces for members of your family to enjoy
their morning coffee or curl up with a good book. The house has four bedrooms.
Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. The three main bedrooms are
uniquely decorated and feature King beds and ceiling fans. These three bedrooms
offer panoramic views of the Caribbean and surrounding area.The fourth
bedroom has two twin size beds and a futon sofa bed.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with the
latest appliances and features a granite kitchen with breakfast bar for quick
meals and convenient access to the charcoal grill for those great summer outdoor
meals.
Tucked on either side of the palm tree lined pathways, you will experience a coziness and privacy expected in such an elegant setting. A short walk down the path and you are feeling the pure white sand beneath your feet. Bask in the sun on a lounge chair at the ocean-front community pool.
