Cozumel Caribe is a new Cozumel condo on Cozumel on a property with a natural white sand beach!

Formerly known as the Club Cozumel Caribe and situated at the end of a long private drive and on 300 yards of its own shoreline, the Cozumel Caribe was one of the original hotels of the island. A few years ago it stopped operating as a hotel and has just been reopened as a purely residential building - much like a condominium. The only building that is currently open is the Tower. On the lower levels there are some long term residents and there are currently 4 units being rented on the 10th floor. Currently 2 -2 bedroom units and 2 studios are available.

On the property (about 150 yards north of the building) is a natural sandy beach with easy access to the sea. Just south of the building there is entry to the sea via a ladder. There are lots of colorful fish to see here.

Because these condos are on the quiet north side, they already offer you lots of privacy. But, in addition, they are accessed by a long private road so you are even further far removed from the distractions of the outside world.

Because it has just been reopened, the whole place is extremely quiet. (Except for the new rock climbing attraction) One would expect that such a wonderful building in a prime location would be hustling and bustling, but the opposite is true since not all of the building is being occupied. So, enjoy being away from everyone else in your own secluded tropical hideaway.

If you want a little less peace and quiet or don’t want to cook a meal in your kitchen, you can always take a 400 yard stroll north up the Playa Azul Hotel (a very nice beach here) or a little further on to the Hotel Cabanas del Caribe. Of course, the town, with all its attractions and restaurants is only a short cab ride away

Currently there are 2 types of 2 BR units available for rent. Unit 1053 has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and Unit 1051 has 2 bedrooms and 3 baths. The two studios we offer all have the same configuration.

All units offer free local phone service. It also has a safe for your valuables.

With over 2100 square feet, this 2 BR/3 BA condo has a virtual wall of glass all along the south side... So the living room, dining room, and both master bedroom suites offer magnificent sea & island views.

The living room and dining room share a balcony that overlooks the beach and sea. . The living room also has it own full bathroom.

The open design living room, dining room and kitchen is spacious (over 700 square feet) and the dining room table can accommodate 6

Cable TV, DVD player, CD stereo and, Free High Speed Internet Access (bring your own laptop) provide entertainment.

Each of the 2 master bedroom suites contains a king sized bed. Each offers a panoramic sea & island view and access to its own private balcony. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. One of the master bedroom suites also has a double sofa bed.

The kitchenette is fully furnished including a microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, 2 burner range, and all the small appliances that one would need.
