It is the exact mirror image of Condominio Las Brisas 301 and they jointly provide an entire private floor as an option for larger parties. The condo has a virtual wall of glass all along the side facing the sea.. And of course there is that wonderful beach waiting for you just outside

A balcony running the full-length of the condo provides ample entertaining area. The living room is decorated with a sectional sofa and chair in bright colors. Satellite TV, VCR, DVD and a CD stereo provide for entertainment.

Enjoy your meals in this lovely dining room. You can prepare your own meals in the modern kitchen or choose to use our optional cook service. Its marble counter tops distinguish the luxurious kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished including a microwave and all the small appliances that one would need.
