Cozumel's newest luxury mid-rise condominium is completed and ready for action on the island's northern white sand coastline along San Juan beach. This section of beach is very tranquil and secluded as well as environmentally untouched. It is only 2.25 miles from the town of San Miguel which offers nearly any activity that you may wish to experience. There is a pier along the neighboring shoreline that offers a dock for your boats and offers family fun. Children laugh with delight as they take turns jumping into the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Vista Dulce is located on the fourth story of Las Brisas Condominiums del Caribe, a lovely seven-story condominium building designed and developed by an American builder utilizing some of Mexico's finest building materials and finished with American detailing. The architects used many of the wonderful elements popular in Mexico, including polished black granite counter tops, beautiful natural stone floors, hand-painted tiles and bright, happy colors. It rises above the breathtaking Caribbean shoreline showing off the yellow, blue, and green tones that accent the building's structure.
Vista Dulce occupies the entire southern section of the fourth story, assuring optimum privacy. Our centrally air-conditioned condo is spaciously laid out in 2,115 square feet.
The two master bedrooms each have a private bathroom and private access through wide sliding glass doors to the furnished beachfront terrace overlooking the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean and the white sand beaches. Each also has a king-size bed, long matching dresser, and custom-crafted entertainment armoire with TV and VCR. The third bedroom has gorgeous views overlooking the verdant jungle and has its own bathroom as well. It is cozily furnished with two individual size beds and a custom-made dresser.
The guest bathroom is just off the entrance and a large laundry room with storage for the homeowner's personal use is a few steps down the hall.
This modern three-bedroom condo overlooks the transparent waters of Cozumel's world-famous reefs. Beyond the shallows, the waters create many shades of blue. Looking out from the window and down from the balcony, the view of the shallow reefs are breathtaking. The reefs and rocks are brown tones and the blue waters are actually crystal clear.

From Vista Dulce, you can see the modern layout of the swimming pool, the patio around it, the entrance area to the reef and reef itself. When you look beyond, there are many tones of blue through the water. You can easily see the mainland from here.
All the furnishings have been carefully selected for their comfort and elegance. The living room has two sofa beds made of supple Italian leather complimented by a unique “transparent” custom-made aqua blue steel and glass entertainment center designed to create a feeling of elegance and charm by enhancing the ocean and jungle views from either side. Other amenities in the living area include a television and stereo system with surround-sound speakers, VCR/DVD and a selection of CDs appealing to different tastes in music. DVD and VCR rentals are available in town.
One of Vista Dulce's most appealing features is its terraces and its views. Vista Dulce has a comfortably furnished 65 foot beachfront terrace with unobstructed views of the coastline and its seven hues of clear blue waters created by the different depths of waters and the exotic reef formations.
This magnificent view offers one of the best varieties of Cozumel sunsets for your enjoyment. There is also a smaller balcony equipped with a gas grill overlooking the luscious green of the Cozumel's inner jungle just off the dining room. You can choose to relax on the terrace with its comfortable cushioned patio chairs and tables as well as genuine Mexican hammocks to sway in on the terraces.
The décor throughout is one of mostly imported items with touches of local accent items that give this home a feeling of Mexican luxury living. All the furniture is beautifully handcrafted of fine woods, leather, and other original touches. The walls are tastefully adorned with beautiful fine art prints complimenting the other hand made items such as Talavera pottery and unique rugs and mats. The floors of the entry, and living room are covered with intricately woven Sisal rugs.
Vista Dulce's generous amenities include the common area's outdoor bars beside the pool area, a fresh water shower, natural thatched palapas made from local palm trees for shade and a fresh water pool that is located right on the beach. The soft white sand beaches and crystal clear waters adjacent are yours to enjoy as well. Vista Dulce offers telephone service for local calls, a fax, an answering machine, as well as internet access in case you bring your own laptop computer, cable TV with a wide selection of American and Mexican channels as well as many movie channels. A washer and dryer are available for guests to use.
