No expense has been spared in decorating this 3 bedroom 3½ bath unit. It was professionally decorated by a local interior designer. Much of the furniture was custom made or imported to provide just the right touch of elegance. Original paintings and artwork from local artists grace the walls of this fabulous unit.

The spacious kitchen is state-of-the- art. Rich maple cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances blend together for a truly magnificent space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a side by side refrigerator, 4 burner range top, full oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and programmable coffee maker. There is even a breakfast bar to have your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise over the unspoiled savannah-like jungle. A bottled water dispenser and purified ice is as close as the refrigerator door and included in the rental.

The oceanfront living room/dining room, with wall to wall and floor to ceiling glass, has access to a large balcony with a view of the mainland, downtown San Miguel and unbelievable sunsets. It is the perfect spot to kick back with a margarita and just enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The balcony is complete with a breakfast table with seating for 4, as well as 2 chaise lounges for watching the glorious sunsets.

When you "tire" of the view, you can relax in the beautifully decorated living room. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa, loveseat, 2 stuffed chairs and a glass top coffee table. For your entertainment, there is a custom made television cabinet complete with satellite television, DVD/VCR/CD/MP3 Disc player with MP3 inputs for your personal MP3 player. (Bring your own male- to- male mini-plug cord.) There is even a collection of DVD and VHS movies for those lazy days.

The custom made chairs and glass dining table comfortably seat 8 guests.

All three bedrooms have views of the ocean. Bedrooms #1 and #2 are directly oceanfront and each have king size beds, satellite television and a DVD player. These two bedrooms have private baths complete with granite countertops, large soaking tubs, walk in closets with safes and dressing mirrors, plus...Hair dryers are provided. Bedroom #1 also has direct access to the balcony. The third bedroom is oceanview and has 2 twin beds that can also be made up as a king size. It has its own private bath complete with granite countertops and large tile shower. Hair dryer is provided. This bedroom also has a walk in closet.

For the diver, a deep water dock permits the dive boat to pick you up right at the pool. A convenient, ventilated, ground floor storage unit is provided for wet dive gear.
