Located one mile north of San Miguel and just north of the Puerto de
Abrigo.
Puesta Del Sol Phase II are a group of sixteen condos, in this
luxurious oceanfront building. This nine story complex located in
the exclusive northern coastal area of Cozumel is just minutes from the
downtown of San Miguel, the international airport and the
marina.
The common area includes an oceanside pool/patio
area which includes a sun deck complete with palapas and a large
swimming pool with a beautiful infinity edge. Just a few
steps away, you'll find access into the tranquil blue waters of the
Caribbean where you can snorkel at your leisure or even scuba
dive. There are steps as well as a 'pool' ladder to keep access
easy for guests.
The unit number corresponds to the floor on which it is
located. Access to each unit is via the glass enclosed elevator
where you can take in the panoramic island views. The elevator
stops between floors so guests only need to walk up or down the
corresponding floor by about 10 steps.
No expense has been spared in these units.
Unique local artists have decorated the walls of this home including
this pressed papayrus cloth and weave collection. There is a
Vonage for free US phone callas and a local line as well . They
offer internet service via a DSL wireless if you bring your own
laptop.

4 South is elegantly
furnished and decorated.
All main rooms have ceiling fans, central air
conditioning, and satellite television system.
The living room has a 42 inch Sony with Home Theater system, CD
player/tuner and a plug collection for I Pod.
They are
beautifully appointed with imported furnishings and unique decor.
The kitchens aer completely equipped complimented by a dining bar
that
overlooks the spacious great room with its dining and living area
combination. The kitchen offers a cold water dispense to boot!

The primaty master bedrooms has a king-size bed, and furnishings
of warm, stressed woods, lamps, and textures of different
colors.
This climate-controlled condominium features a master-bedroom
suite with a stunning ocean view — from the two-person whirlpool
spa
tub — a private entrance to the terrace, a full bathroom with a
double-sink vanity and a shower, a king-size bed in the sitting area,
and a private seating area by the bay window.
Each master bedroom has a sitting area.
Armoire in master bedroom #1 has an RCA 27 inch TV, with Sony DVD/VCR
combo player for guest's
convenience.
One of the guest bedrooms has a queen size bed but will have a king
size bed before the season begins. The
the other bedroom will have a queen size bed as well, but at
time of photo, was still being decorated.
The Homeowners Association of Puesta Del Sol Phase II have declared it a non-smoking building.There are no barbecue facilities in Phase II and we have been asked not to allow any kind of barbecuing on patios or common areas.
