Welcome to paradise in Sunset Condo #1S. Sunset, Cozumel Snorkeling, and amazing ocean views will be yours during your stay in this first floor Mexico Vacation Condo unit allowing easy access to the ocean and a beautiful infinity pool, just like they were both right in your backyard. When you are not diving, relax on one of the lounge chairs near the pool. This Mexico Vacation Condo unit, with two ocean view bedrooms, is fully furnished with a dishwasher, microwave, phone and high-speed Internet access, along with a big screen HDTV, DVD player, and music system. Our Cozumel Property is located close enough to town to walk or take a five minute ($3) taxi, but far enough away to provide quiet and privacy in your own tropical paradise. Our Oceanfront Vacation Home offers large open living area with a fully modern kitchen, dining area, and living room all have views of the ocean through more than 20 feet of window. Passengers on some of the world's largest cruise ships will be wishing they could change places with you as they pass right in front of Puesta Del Sol on the way in and out of Cozumel, during the morning and evening hours. Pass your time watching the ships cruise by, or keep your eyes open for a pod of dolphins. Cozumel Snorkeling can be fun as our Mexico Vacation Condo provides easy nearby access to dive shops and boats. These boats can take you to some of the finest coral reefs in the world. Step out your door, walk just a few steps and jump off of the platform, or climb down our convenient ladder, into the best Cozumel Snorkeling on the Island, right off the condominium. Revel in evening views from the spacious master bedroom, complete with a newly remodeled shower and bathroom. There is comfortable king-size bed with a 4 inch foam topper. A modern Hunter fan allows you to sleep with windows open on many evenings, thus enjoying the soft sounds of the ocean. Chairs for reading are by the windows. This Oceanfront Vacation Home offers a second bedroom, with a queen bed with a 4 inch foam topper, has a doorway view of the ocean and easy access to the adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom, with two comfortable twin beds, is ideal for kids or other guests. All bedrooms and the living room have new Hunter fans. We have found the Oceanfront Vacation Home to be a place of relaxation, exploration and escape. Each time my daughter returns from Cozumel, she says she is coming back from her 'little piece of heaven'. We truly hope that you enjoy our island paradise and much as we do.
