This beautiful condo on the seventh floor of Palmas Reales Condominiums will be your dream-come-true vacation home.
The colors throughout the house are light creamy greens with the exception of the second bedroom. It is in bright orange with golden touches. The entire house is decorated with a modern touch using unique pieces imported from around the world. The condo has white-crème-with-brown-marble tile and is complemented by other earth tones in the tiles, marbles, and stone.
This modern three-bedroom condo overlooks the transparent waters of Cozumel's world-famous reefs. Beyond the shallows, the waters create many shades of blue. Looking out from the window and down from the balcony, the view of the shallow reefs are breathtaking. The reefs and rocks are brown tones and the blue waters are actually crystal clear. One can see the modern layout of the swimming pool, the patio around it, the entrance area to the reef and reef itself. When you look beyond, there are many tones of blue through the water. You can easily see the mainland from here.
This living area is one large room with the living room overlooking the oceanside patio, and the kitchen overlooking the dining room for eight in the center of the room. The modern kitchen, tucked away in the "back" of the room has everything you need to create wonderful dinners.
The dining room is in the middle of the room. The designer line of "L & R" of Italy created the dining room furniture. It is similar to the American style used in the late 50´s. The tabletop is created by using frosted glass with a wooden base.
There is a patio area with table and comfortable chairs overlooking the ocean.

The master bedroom is to the south of the living room. It has the same fantastic view as the living room. There is a king-size bed. The sitting area is next to the ocean view window. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi for two, and shower.
The second bedroom has a completely different beautiful view of the tropical jungle overlooking the area deep into the island. The balcony view is pure jungle of Cozumel, and even shows you a glimpse of the Cozumel Golf Course. There is a king-size bed and private bathroom with shower.
The third bedroom has two full-size beds. There is yet another view of the luscious green jungle from this bedroom. The private bathroom has a shower.
Seventh Heaven Condo has a bird's-eye view of the ocean all the way to Playa del Carmen and the Mayan Riviera coastline.
