The Residencias Reef 5120 is in building one, the one you see below, in front of the ocean.

The Residencias Reef Club Condominiums on Cozumel are located right on San Francisco Beach, the most beautiful beach on Cozumel. Just a 5 minute boat ride to some of the greatest reefs, it's perfect for divers...and beachcombers. And that beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog for as long and as far as you like.

All the Reef Club condos have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to a large freshwater pool. The condos are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San Miguel.

Located in building #1, this home has a breathtaking view of the ocean.  You can enjoy original art work through out the house. 

The living room/dining room share a wonderful view of the beach and sea.  In the living room you will find a satellite television and a DVD player.  There is  also a CD player.  Guests can enjoy the double sized futon sofa bed.  The home comes equipped with a washer/dryer and a safe for your valuables.  Now, with free high speed internet access (bring your own laptop), plus free long distance to the US and Canada. 

The living room opens to a veranda furnished with a table and chairs.  It's a great place to hang out and salute the sunset with a margarita.  If you enjoy dining al fresco, your table is ready.  The living room has a futon which will sleep 2 more guests. 

Your kitchen is fully furnished with an electric oven and range, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and all the kitchen utensils you need to create anything from a simple meal to a gourmet feast.

The master bedroom opens to an oceanfront veranda which is
a great place to hang out and salute the sunset with a margarita. A couple of steps down and your feet hit powdery white sand, a few more strides and you are swimming or snorkeling in the Caribbean.  The maste bedroom has a panoramic sea view, and private acess to the balcony.  There is a TV with satellite and it has it's own private bathroom.

The second bedroom is worthy of master bedroom status.  This bedroom has a king size bed and its own private bathroom.  It offers a jungle view.  There is a satellite TV with DVD player.

All units in this building have central air conditioning and a terrace or balcony off the living room and some bedrooms. All living rooms and some bedrooms afford a gorgeous sea view of the Caribbean..

The kitchens and kitchenettes are fully furnished and some have a breakfast bar. All units come with maid service 6 times per week.

Construction Advisory

Buildings 1 & 2 are completely finished apart from some remodeling by owners.  The exterior shells of buildings 3, 4, 5 are complete.  There is some heavy construction work still in progress.  Building 5, located 50 yards from Building 1,100 years from building 2.  Building 3 is about 200 yards from Building 1 and 150 yards from Building 2.
