The Residencias Reef Condominiums on Cozumel are located right on San
Francisco Beach, the most beautiful beach on Cozumel. Just a 5 minute
boat ride to some of the greatest reefs, it's perfect for divers...and
beachcombers. There's also pretty good snorkeling just off the beach.
And that beach stretches on for miles and miles so you can run or jog
for as long and as far as you like. All the Residencias Reef
Condominiums have central air conditioning, maid service, and access to
a large freshwater infinity edge pool.
The Residencias Reef Condominiums on Cozumel are located right on San
Francisco beach, the most beautiful sandy beach on Cozumel. A short
stroll down this beach you will come to a couple of beachside
restaurants, which are great for lunch or one of those fancy drinks
served in a pineapple or a coconut. (they are not open for dinner).
Located on the 2nd floor, the views
from this unit are absolutely stunning. The location commands
spectacular, unobstructed ocean views and sunsets across the Caribbean.
The living room/dining room share a
wonderful view of the beach and sea. In the living room you will find a
Satellite TV with a DVD playe. There is also a CD/stereo system. There
is also double sized sofa bed here. This unit comes equipped with a

In the dining area is a table large
enough to accommodate 6 guests. If you choose the cook service you will
enjoy memorable meals of Yucatecan cuisine prepared by one of our

microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, blender and all the kitchen utensils
you need to create anything from a simple meal to a gourmet feast. The
breakfast bar seats 3.
The condos are located about 9 miles south of Cozumel's only town, San
Miguel. Because this is a CORNER UNIT The Living Room, and the Dining

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: The Residencias Reef luxury condominium complex is
composed of four low-rise condo buildings and a small boutique hotel.
All four of the residential condominium buildings have been completed.
The boutique hotel (bldg 5) is in the final stage of construction; it
is located near the west end of building 4 and near the beachfront
swimming pool (one of the 2 swimming pools).

Construction Advisory
Buildings 1 & 2 are completely finished apart from some
remodeling by owners. The exterior shells of buildings 3, 4, 5
are complete. There is some heavy construction work still in
progress. Building 5, located 50 yards from Building 1,100 years
from building 2. Building 3 is about 200 yards from Building 1
and 150 yards from Building 2.
