Touch of Gold Condos are Cozumel's first luxury, downtown, beachfront condominiums. Located between two well-known corners, Adolfo Rosado Salas and Third Street, these luxury condos overlook the typical bustle of the downtwown activities of Cozumel. The view of the beautiful blue hues of the Caribbean Sea are unsurpassedly breathtaking.
These condos are located above one of Cozumel's finest jewelry stores. There are six condos in total, two on the second story, two on the third story, and two on the fouth story. On each story, thre is one condo that overlooks the oceanfront, which are available for weekly rentals, and two that overlook the block's interior garden area, which are available for month-long rentals.
The three ocean-view condos each have huge ceiling-to-floor windows with a 180-degree view of crystal-clear waters and a great view of both the ferry pier and the new international cruise-ship pier, "Punta Langosta." Each condo has a complete, well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. One bedroom has a king-size bed, another has a standard bed, and the third has two twin-size beds.
The three garden-view condos overlook a lush green space, full of tropical vegatation in the middle of the block and surrounding area. There are patios overlooking beautiful views in every direction. There are also nice balconies that allow you to enjoy the warm tropical air and the breathtaking view.
The best part of these condos is that you are literally in the heart of Cozumel and all the downtown activity. The downtown plaza, Carlos 'n Charlies, Pepe's Grill, Viva Mexico, the popular Aqua Safari, and two major piers are just a few steps away.
