PRICE:  $USD 65.00 per night, and $USD 400.00 per week. 

A surcharge of $USD 10.00 per day will be added if air conditioner is left on 24 hours [this is a tropical island with imported energy sources].

Casa Anita is a charming garden apartment with a private pool in the center of town, 5 blocks from the water front, directly behind the museum at 6^th street.  The fully walled, old growth garden features a large pool, padded loungers, table and chairs, BBQ grill and an outdoor shower.  There is a comfortable living and dining room on the screened patio.

In the bedroom, there is a king size bed with air conditioning, and a ceiling fan, one and a half bath with both a tub and shower.

The kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, gas cook top, mircrowave, toaster oven, regular coffee and expresso machines, blender, juicer, cookware, dishes, and glasses.

Daily maid service is included except Sundays and holidays.  Sheets and towels changed daily upon guest’s request.  There is cable TV, telephone and internet hook up for your laptop, a CD player and they welcome pets and children.  Smoking is allowed, hopefully outside. 

Rinse and hang area is provided for scuba gear and there is a garage for a rental car.

You get total privacy combined with an on-property owner who takes good care of the house.  There is a well stocked ‘mom ‘n pop shop right in front, a grocery store with beer and liquor and a wood fire rotisserie chickin all within 2 blocks or less.   The town’s best restaurants are within 10-15 minutes walking distance or you can opt for taxi’s, available 24 hours.
