CVH 2007/2008 Price List updated 10/07

Our Terms and Policies:

• Rates do not include transportation from the airport to the house and back. Charge to the house is approximately $10 (5-13) per person. Your host will assist you with purchasing your ticket and directions for the driver if needed.  Some guests will receive directions to homes in advance.
  
• All rates are subject to change. All rentals, please add 12% for local fees.
• Rates listed here do not include Christmas and New Year week, which will be higher, and vary from property to property.  Travel insurance is recommended.
  
• Hurricanes:    No cash refunds for cancellations in cases of hurricane or natural disasters.   For those who purchased trip insurance, we can provide proof if your home is not ready for rentals.  If home is not damaged, we will prepare home for your arrival.  Most of the homes we offer have specific terms to be able to allow guests to reschedule their vacation.  Full credit will  apply with no cancellation fee if the house you reserved is not ready for your confirmed dates.   All efforts will be made to find a comperable accommodation first.
  
• Overpayment:  Please make sure payment sent is for exact amount.  No refunds are granted.  Balance payment will be applied to a future reservation if payment has a credit balance. No credit to other services or cash refunds will be allowed.
  
• Payment with Visa and MasterCard, or Paypal preferred. Please email or telephone us to confirm payment arrangements in advance.
  
• Some homes require an additional damage deposit. This must be paid with a personal check.
  
• Please check with your travel insurance for refunds. CVH offers none.
  
• Agent/Owner shall not be liable for damages resulting from injury, to any person or any person's property in connection with this rental agreement while on the premises.   Tenants agree to indemnify and hold harmless agent/owner from any liability, loss or obligation resulting from any such injuries or damages.   Any dispute regarding this reservation will be resolved under Mexican law. The municipal court of the city of Cozumel, State of Quintana Roo, Mexico will have complete and absolute jurisdiction regarding any legal action and any legal actions should be addressed in Spanish.
• Initial deposit for the reservation implies agreement to these terms.  No penalties if the deposit of the confirmation is reversed, with mutual agreement, within the first 24 hours of initial deposit.
  
• Construction of new attractions and accommodations often occurs in resort areas. We cannot move people, make rate adjustments or rebates for inconvenience due to construction, road repair, etc.  All efforts will be made to address the issue at hand but rental agent is not responsible for construction inconveniences due to guests.  No refunds or free services can be offered for compensation due to activity of others not under the control of CVH unless arrangements are made in advance.
• Should a villa or condo be sold, be out of order or deemed substandard prior to your arrival, Cozumel Vacation Homes  will endeavor to substitute comparable or better accommodations without liability. If comparable accommodations are not available, or guest chooses to decline substitution,  guest may receive a complete refund of what was paid for the original villa.  The refund will be issued within 60 days after initial reservation.  
   
  
• Our staff works very hard to make sure your stay is happy and comfortable. However, there are things that are out of our control, please understand that there will be no refunds or discounts offered or expected. Examples of these types of things that are out of our control include: breakdown of air conditioners, TV’s, VCR’s, electronics and appliances, construction nearby, beach accesses unusable due to acts of nature, a home not decorated to your tastes, bad weather, disturbances by neighbors, or beach access location.  Our staff will work hard to make your vacation the best one possible!  
   
• All guests are 100% liable and completely responsible for their minor guests.  Adults traveling with children and minors are solely responsible for them.  There is no life guard on duty at the ocean, pool or hot tubs.  Children under 12 should not be left unattended at any time.   Any baby sitters that you find within our staff after hours has nothing to do with us and we are not liable for any of their actions or lack of.
