Located just four blocks from the waterfront, this four bedroom home in
San Miguel is just the spot for your vacation getaway. Hacienda Sombrero is a
large contemporary villa surrounded by tall coconut trees and tropical
plants.
The main level consists of a large foyer and an open living room and dining room area just off the kitchen. The wicker and rattan decor is complemented with green plants, rustic Mexican furniture and color fabrics throughout the house.
Living area in Hacienda Sombrero has one large sofa, a loveseat and two arm chairs. There is a Cable TV and DVD if you feel like settling in and watching a movie or sporting event.
The fully equipped kitchen is good sized and has all the electric appliances you might need. A door from the kitchen leads to the pool and garden area.
Enter Hacienda Sombrero into a large foyer where abundant green plants greet you. Just to the right of the foyer area are two bedrooms. The first is a large bedroom with two double beds and door to the backyard garden patio and pool. The other bedroom has a double bed and spacious private bathroom with an enormous sunken shower. There is also a full bath just off the entrance hall.
Going up the marble staircase, the upstairs landing takes you to the third bedroom or he outdoor terrace. The second level rooftop terrace has chairs and is a good place to catch some sun.
The Haciendas third bedroom on this second level has a king bed and another large private bathroom. The fourth bedroom which is accessed from the outdoor terrace is small but comfortable with one double bed and windows facing three different directions.
This vacation rental has air conditioning throughout with all bedrooms having individual window units.
The backyard includes a large fresh water pool, patio furniture, and furnished palapa which provides a shady haven for our guests. Considering all the benefits of the location, the swimming pool, and sleeping capacity, the Casa Lucy is a very comfortable home for families and groups.
