Located on 15th Avenue Sur, between Calles 9 and 11 Sur. Approximately five blocks from the main Plaza area and three blocks from the waterfront.

The Island House is comfortably furnished and fully air conditioned, and offers convenient living on one floor. A tropical entry way leads into the living/dining area, complete with a big screen TV, DirecTV satellite, VCR, and a telephone for local use.

A large fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook provides the opportunity for quick snacks or lingering gourmet meals prepared by you, or better yet, by one of our chefs.

Off the living room and down a hallway are three large bedrooms and two full baths. Bedroom #2 is set up as a second master with a private bath including a jacuzzi tub. This bedroom also has private access to the swimming pool. Bedroom #3 has a double bed and bedroom #4 has two twin beds. These two rooms share a bath.

The new (completed in 1996), sprawling master bedroom suite with private bath is located off the back patio facing the swimming pool. This master suite comes with a king size bed, satellite TV, and VCR. Enjoy the ultimate in privacy from this detached location.

Full of tropical flowers and plants, the private backyard has a variety of lawn furniture and a patio with hammock for your siesta time. Gaze into the large clear swimming pool as you nestle in for a snooze.
