The middle green-belt section has a swimming pool, kiosk, and gardens. There is a homeowners association, a grounds manager, and a security guard.

The home is on the east-facing side of the block. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. The upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is air-conditioned. The house is furnished in dark rustic Mexican style furniture, with colorful accents through out the house. The owners have provided many beautiful items for your enjoyment.

The neighborhood is filled with many children of all ages. If you have children, they will love this area. The swimming pool and kiosk is the main hub of activity. There are always get-togethers in this garden.

There is a large park just a half-block away called Corpus Christi Park. It is quiet except for the church bells. There is a hill that children use to roller blade down that is very popular. If you have children, they should bring their skates. They will have fun skating around this neighborhood park. There is a kiosk and on Sunday nights, there are trampolines and families all around.

The beach is only six blocks away. The nearest beach is at Plaza las Glorias, just a short 15-minute walk. There is a multi-movie house and a large grocery story just four blocks away that you will enjoy.
