Puesta Del Sol Phase II are a group of sixteen condos, in this luxurious oceanfront building.  This nine story complex located in the exclusive northern coastal area of Cozumel is just minutes from the downtown of San Miguel, the international airport and the marina.   The common area includes an oceanside pool/patio area which includes a sun deck complete with palapas and a large swimming pool with a beautiful infinity edge.   Just a few steps away, you'll find access into the tranquil blue waters of the Caribbean where you can snorkel at your leisure or even scuba dive.  There are steps as well as a 'pool' ladder to keep access easy for guests.

The unit number corresponds to the floor on which it is located.  Access to each unit is via the glass enclosed elevator where you can take in the panoramic island views.  The elevator stops between floors so guests only need to walk up or down the corresponding floor by about 10 steps. 

No expense has been spared in these units.  They are elegantly furnished and decorated.  The all have ceiling fans, central air conditioning, and satellite television system.  They are beautifully appointed with imported furnishings and unique decor.  The kitchens aer completely equipped complimented by a dining bar that overlooks the spacious great room with its dining and living area combination.

This unit is the most popular for families with children who are old enough to swim alone.  No child should ever be unattended.  The distance from this patio to the pool is ideal as parents can overlook the pool area and enjoy the view at the same time.  This unit is on the ground floor, so you are just steps away from the patio and pool area..

The furnished patio sits above the water level so that guests can look over the pool area and onto the blue waters of the Caribbean. This is a delightful addition to families with children. When overlooking the balcony transparent walls, guests can easily watch the children play. Wide wall-to-wall windows provide a great view from the kitchen, living, and dining room as well as provide a sunny cheerful atmostphere.

This climate-controlled condominium features a master-bedroom suite with a stunning ocean view —  from the two-person whirlpool spa tub — a private entrance to the terrace, a full bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a shower, a king-size bed in the sitting area, and a private seating area by the bay window.

The owners have taken advantage of the great view from the master bedroom by moving the bed in front of the window to overlook the patio and ocean.  There is additional sitting area in front of the bed so guests can sit up and take in the view as well.

Splendor and ease, complimented with another spectacular view overlooking the ocean are to be found in the main living area.
It has been fully equipped with satellite TV, a flat screened VCR, and stereo music system.

 It further provides a place for formal dining for six guests. The hand carved base for the dining table is beautiful with a crystal glass table top so all guests can enjoy the carved base.

The living and dining area leads out to the roomy furnished terrace which invites casual dining for four plus two lounge chairs.

 One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. The decor is tasteful and both bedrooms share a full bath with a walk-in shower.

The modern kitchen is fully furnished, and the condo has purified drinking water.

 Professionally decorated, the dining area is highlighted by an elegant hand-carved oak dining table.
The terrace has a table with seating for four and a chaise longue. It is on the ground (first ) floor, so the view of the pool and patio area is wonderful.

The Homeowners Association of Puesta Del Sol Phase II have declared it a non-smoking building.
There are no barbecue facilities in Phase II and we have been asked not to allow any kind of barbecuing on patios or common areas.
