has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths but can be reserved as a 2, 3 or 4 BR unit.
Located on the exclusive residential north end, the condominium provides
ultimate comfort, style and convenience, yet with the opportunity to live
close to the true fabric of the island. Savor the sparkling Caribbean ocean
views and spectacular sunsets from your personal balcony. Complement
a relaxing day by using one of our cooks to prepare a special dinner, breakfast
or lunch. The cook service is available as an additional option, while
daily maid service is part of your vacation package.
Light neutral colors matched with deep green leather sofas in the living
area and tropical colors throughout enhance this sun-filled property.
For your enjoyment there is cable TV, DVD/VCR, a shared swimming pool,
and great snorkeling right in front of this condo. A fully equipped stainless
steel kitchen with granite countertop awaits for those cooking their own
meals. The roomy kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer,
electric range with oven, and even a coffee maker and toaster. For those

of our chefs come to your condo and prepare a meal for you! The dining
room seats eight, and there is additional seating at the lunch counter which
has four stools.
There are two master suites, each with a king size bed, private bath
and sliding doors that open onto a furnished ocean view terrace. Both masters
feature bay windows with breathtaking ocean views and the sights of the
nearby town of San Miguel.
The private terrace overlooks the downstairs pool, shoreline reefs, and
the shades of blue ocean for which Cozumel is famous. There is a table and
chairs for outside dining as well as two chaise lounges for relaxing.
There are also chaise lounges in the pool area that are part of the facilities
you are free to enjoy downstairs.
The third and fourth bedrooms each have queen beds, and share a
bath that is conveniently located down the hall from the kitchen. These colorful
and inviting bedrooms both have large windows with jungle views.
The Sunset 2S can accommodate 4-8 guests. The two master suite setup
