Living Room in La Linda

  Furnished patio sits above the water level so that guests can look over the pool area and onto the blue waters of the Caribbean.  This is a delightful addition to families with children.  When overlooking the balcony transparent walls, guests can easily watch the children play.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Wide wall to wall windows provide a great view from the kitchen, living, and dining room as well as provide a sunny cheerful atmostphere.  

This climate-controlled condominium features a master-bedroom suite with a stunning ocean view — ven from the two-person whirlpool spa tub — a private entrance to the terrace, a full bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a shower, a king-size bed in the sitting area, and a private seating area by the bay window.

Splendor and ease, complimented with another spectacular view overlooking the ocean are to be found in the main living area. It has been fully equipped with satellite TV, a VCR, and stereo music system. It further provides a place for formal dining for eight. The living and dining area leads out to the roomy furnished terrace which invites casual dining for six.

   
Third bedroom 

One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. The decor is tasteful and both bedrooms share a full bath with a walk-in shower. The modern kitchen is fully furnished, and the condo has purified drinking water in three locations
Fourth bedroom

 
Kitchen in La Sonora is filled with everything you need to prepare delicous meals at home.  Owners has supplies a wide collection of items that guests will enjoy using.  

Furnished with a warm beige marble and sienna tile accents, this home is accented with lovely appointments.

 Professionally decorated, the dining area is highlighted by an elegant hand-carved oak dining table. The terrace has a table with seating for four and a chaise longue. It is on the ground (first ) floor, so the view of the pool and patio area is wonderful.

The Homeowners Association of Puesta Del Sol Phase II have declared it a non-smoking building.There are no barbecue facilities in Phase II and we have been asked not to allow any kind of barbecuing on patios or common areas.
