This condo unit located on the fourth floor overlooks the beautiful blue of the Caribbean Sea. This home is elegantly decorated with an appropriately selected theme of all the colors of Cozumel and its fish. The living room is brightly decorated with bright colors of the reefs of Cozumel. There are big, comfortable, overstuffed couches to relax and stylish Tahitian rattan furniture to complement the dining room as well as the living area. The owner has selectively chosen some beautiful artwork including an abstract underwater scene, as well as Mexican stone carvings of fish throughout the home. No detail has been forgotten in giving you a beautiful and elegant home for your vacation.
The master bedroom is perfect for relaxing and comfortable in every aspect. The king-size bed complements the sitting area in the private bedroom. The best place to watch the sunset is right here. The sitting area has a table and two chairs that are perfect for letter writing or having tea. It's nestled by the bay window on one side and a sliding-glass door that opens up onto the oceanside patio overlooking the ocean. There is a beautiful arrangement of silk flowers as the centerpiece that looks freshly picked, giving this bedroom a most serene setting.
The master bedroom's private bathroom has a beautiful two-person jaccuzzi and a double-sink vanity.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and plenty of color as well. There is a ceiling fan in every room as well as spacious closets.

The third bedroom has two twin beds. There are colorful bedspreads, colorful fish mobile dancing near the window overlooking an outside planter. Truly, this home assures you that you are in the tropics and living in high style.
Both the second and third bedroom share a bathroom located near the
entrance. It has a tub and shower for guests.
Amenities abound in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The owners have graciously provided lots of fun things for guests to enjoy during their time in Cozumel, including a great-sounding stereo, satellite TV with VCR, games, puzzles, books, beachtowels, and even a telescope. You will really enjoy this wonderful condo and your home away from home while on vacation in Cozumel.
The Homeowners Association of Puesta Del Sol Phase II have declared
it
a non-smoking building.There are no barbecue facilities in Phase II and
we
have been asked not to allow any kind of barbecuing on patios or common
areas.
