Living Room In La Bonita
A rare find off the coast of Mexico, this Caribbean condo was designed and built by professionals with quality furnishings and luxurious features. La Linda provides ultimate comfort, style and convenience for your island vacation.
This condo is located on the fifth story of the building and
since it sits on the north wing, the view is excellent looking out onto
the town of San Miguel.
This climate-controlled condominium features a master-bedroom suite with a stunning ocean view — ven from the two-person whirlpool spa tub — a private entrance to the terrace, a full bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a shower, a king-size bed in main bedroom area, and a private seating area by the bay window.
Splendor and ease, complimented with another spectacular view overlooking the ocean are to be found in the main living area. It has been fully equipped with satellite TV, a VCR, and stereo music system. It further provides a place for formal dining for eight. The living and dining area leads out to the roomy furnished terrace.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. The decor is
pretty and simply elegant. The television and VDR player is
located in the master bedroom, rather than in the living area.
There is a main bathroom for the
master bedroom and another bathroom near the entrance. There is
actually another bedroom but it is unavailable. This condo is the
perfect suggestion for a couple with their children. Not
recommended for two couples.
The kitchen is filled with everything you need to
prepare delicous meals at home. Owners has supplies a wide
collection
of items that guests will enjoy using.
Furnished with a warm beige marble and sienna tile accents,
this home is accented with lovely appointments.
This two bedroom hideaway is an ideal home for a couple or a couple and
two children.
The view from this room is of the jungle. One bed slides
out from underneath the other beds.
Each guest sleeps on a different level so it is recommended for
children, or non-couples.
The Homeowners Association of Puesta Del Sol Phase II have declared it a non-smoking building.There are no barbecue facilities in Phase II and we have been asked not to allow any kind of barbecuing on patios or common areas.
