This home is the true tropical Caribbean home, with the hint of international flair. It is situated in the heart of the community, near an all-sports center. The house is built in an open style, accented by patios and gardens throughout.
The entrance opens into a private garden with a big flamboyante tree as the focal point. There are tropical plants of many colors and textures through the landscape. The living room — with high 20 ft tall ceilings — opens into the dining area which opens out onto the screened in patio. The furniture is comfortable and colorful accenting the deep tones of the natural elements used in the structure of the house. There is brick, natural stone, dark mahogany wood, and beautiful Mexican tiles.

Just beyond the patio screen is the pool, the feature that completes the design. The patio area is long and extended along the side of the house. On the far side of the pool area is a thatch-covered outside bar that offers sitting and an area for entertainment. Just around the corner is a green lawn adorned with big tropical plants, and off this is a basketball court.

The stairways by the basketball court takes you upstairs to the master bedrooms and suites. The two master bedrooms are spacious and have a king-size bed and a standard bed as well. The master bathrooms are immense, made with brown and gray marble walls. There are two other guest bedrooms with two individual-size beds each. One bedroom is upstairs and the other one is downstairs.

The house walls display a beautiful collection of art, mostly original art works by the owners themselves. The décor and theme hints of Africa, the openness of the space hints of the Caribbean, and the tropical plants remind you that you are on the tropical island of Cozumel. It is a house that will relax you right away and will be a memorable home away from home while you visit Cozumel.
