Casa Tina, a 3 BR, 2 bath villa has been a great addition to our fine selection of vacation properties in Cozumel. This charming villa was completed in 2001 and has become a "renter favorite".
A 2-story villa, Casa Tina is located on a double corner lot in the desirable Corpus Christi neighborhood. It is just a short walk to Chedraui. With dive boat pick up, shopping, and nightlife only a short walk away, the location is perfect for your group no matter what you wish to do while on vacation. Up to 6 guests will enjoy a comfortable stay in this fully equipped home featuring a large tropical garden area with swimming pool.
A privacy wall surrounds the property, providing complete privacy for your stay in Casa Tina. Your friends and family will appreciate the luxury of having your own pool, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms and 2 baths.
You can do your own cooking, or we can make arrangements to have meals cooked for you in your villa. Enjoy a refreshing afternoon dip in the pool or lounge poolside and take advantage of the warm sunshine. Additional outdoor living areas include a second story terrace (perfect for catching an evening breeze) and a large outdoor patio area just off the dining room/living area (have your breakfast in a tropical garden setting). After a full day of sightseeing, diving, shopping, or swimming in the pool, you can enjoy a quiet evening watching TV.
Divers will be excited about the scuba gear rinse tank and drying area. Guests will enjoy comfort of Casa Tina, complete with air conditioning throughout the house and ceiling fans as well.
The home is tastefully decorated with Mexican style rustic furnishings, complete with art and decorative items throughout.
Main floor of the Casa Tina features an open and airy floor plan with large living room, dining area for 6 and a roomy kitchen area. There is a full bath just off the entry near the main floor bedroom.
The property has 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms: one on the main floor with 2 twin beds (can be made up as king); two bedrooms on the second floor including one with a king and the other with 2 twins (can be made up as a king).
