Casas Delfin are great choices for singles or couples! These charming vacation properties each have one bedroom with king size bed. This is a duplex with side-by-side two-story floor plans. The property has a small garden area and nice size swimming pool, all surrounded by a high privacy wall.
Casas Delfin have a great location on the corner of 10th Ave. and 15th Street just two blocks off the ocean (behind the Hotel Plaza las Glorias where you can enjoy snorkeling in the Caribbean Sea). The downtown plaza is about six blocks to the north, where you will find lots of restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
Casas Delfin's Living Room
The first level of each unit includes living room and dining room area with kitchenette and bath. Sliding glass doors open to the pool/garden area. Upstairs is the bedroom which has a king-size bed and full bathroom. Sliding glass doors open onto a small second-story balcony.
The casitas are fully air conditioned and both units share a telephone line for local phone calls. Both have refrigerator, toaster oven, coffeemaker, dishes, and utensils.
The pool is a nice size for enjoying a refreshing swim in the moonlight. Portions of the garden area are shaded, providing a place to get out of the sun.
