Villa Caribe is a large home located in the heart of San Miguel.
Cozumel´s only town offers a sense of "being in your own home in
Cozumel." Villa Caribe is located just four blocks from the downtown ocean
front. The walls surrounding the "L" shaped property are over seven feet
tall. Within these walls, lies the paradise grounds of Villa Caribe and it's guest house, Casita Caribe.
This is a two room apartement with its own entrance. It is
completely separate from the main house. The street side room is
the main living area with a kitchenette area and living area.
There is a bathroom with a shower and bedroom with a king size bed
overlooking the garden area.

The Pool |
The most attractive feature of this house is the swimming pool and garden area. Many years of patience and planting have gone into this botanical garden. The swimming pool is the largest private pool in Cozumel that we know of. There is a cement bench that hugs three sides of the pool giving you a prefect seat or lounge to lay on to get the sun. The side that faces the house has an endless edge that spills into a one foot deep wading pool. This pool area is perfect for small children to enjoy. The endless edge that overflows from the large pool to the small pool creates a magical sound of falling water. The patio area surrounds the pool and provides pool side areas in the shade all afternoon.

Villa Caribe is a Cozumeleño home, on a large lot in the
heart of Cozumel.
The pool area is large enough so that we offer scuba diving instruction
in the pool (being careful of the talavera tiles used around the frame
of the pool).
